What is DAAP?

DAAP stands for Descendant of Afro-Americans at Penn. It is an affinity space for students who identify as Afro-Americans. The purpose of the space is to promote awareness of our people and culture within the diaspora, Philadelphia, and UPenn communities. We strive for the preservation of African American history and to create a sense of belonging within our organization.
